Billy was born and raised in Regina, SK and graduated from Luther College High School. He moved away to play hockey and eventually ended up at the University of Lethbridge. It was there where he completed his Bachelor of Management degree with distinction while playing for the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns. Billy also obtained his Chartered Accountant Designation after articling with a national firm. Billy was also a recipient of an Early Achievement Award presented by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 2015.
In his free time, Billy still loves to be at the rink coaching. He has coached for over 15 years at elite levels winning provincial and regional championships graduating a number of players to the Western Hockey League, Junior A hockey ranks, and some have been since been drafted to the National Hockey League or attained athletic scholarships in the U.S. and in Canada. He can currently be found there scouting for the Spokane Chiefs (WHL), or cheering on his 2 young boys (Max and Rory).
Billy founded Power Forwards in 2011, with a goal of helping entrepreneurs acheive their dreams. He has a passion for business and an expertise in turning strategy into practice in order to achieve growth and success.
Jaclyn was born and raised in Sparwood, British Columbia. Jaclyn attended the University of Alberta and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Pharmacology (hons.) and accepted into the College of Pharmacy at the University of Alberta where she became a licensed pharmacist and has practiced in the profession since 2009.
In 2012 Jaclyn launched the Diaper Drawer (https://thediaperdrawer.ca/) a children's clothing, cloth diaper business, and also developed an infant rash cream which was formulated and manufactured by her.
Jaclyn continues to practice pharmacy and advises on all cases related to the healthcare, retail, and ecommerce industries for Power Forwards.
In Jaclyn's spare time she is chasing her two boys (Max and Rory) around to rinks and other events as well as expanding her plant collection.
Ryan was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. He was fortunate enough to combine his educational pursuits through athletic edevaours playing collegiate baseball and university hockey.
Those educational pursuits would culminate in two undergraduate degrees (BA, Psychology- Bachelor of Management, Human Resources) while playing for the University of Lethbridge Pronghorns.

Ryan has worked several years in a corporate setting including a focus on recruitment. Ryan has also been a member of the Western Hockey League scouting community since 2009 and is currently a scout with the Winnipeg Ice.
When Ryan is not at the rink scouting or working on research projects he can be found spending time with his daughter Danika and watching her on the soccer pitch.
